Sponsorship and Exhibitors
 
The 30th International Ethological Congress will be held in August next year in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The conference is the largest gathering of researchers working in the field of animal behaviour/cognition. We anticipate more than 800 participants coming from all continents for the 2007 event. There will be opportunities for vendors to exhibit and showcase their products during the conference. Space for exhibition will be limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

Description of sponsorship levels
We will have three sponsorship options for exhibitors and sponsors:
 
Option 1- MAJOR SPONSOR
Major sponsor status can be obtained for $10,000, it includes the following benefits:
 
  1. •A large exhibition booth (9m x 3m)
  2. •A full page colour ad in the program
  3. •Passes for 2 delegates to the conference
  4. •Naming of a session or a plenary lecture
  5. •Insertion of the company logo on the main page of the conference's website with a link to your website
  6. •Insertion of the company logo on conference bags
  7. •Free standing leaflet ads in the conference bags
 
 
Option 2- SPONSOR
Sponsor status can be obtained for $3,000, it includes the following benefits:
 
  1. •A medium booth (6m x 3m)
  2. •A full page colour ad in the program
  3. •Pass for 1 delegate to the conference 
  4. •Insertion of the company logo on the sponsors page of the conference's website with a link to your website
  5. •Free standing leaflet ads in the conference bags
 
 
Option 3- EXHIBITOR
Exhibiting at the conference will cost $1,500 and will include the following benefits:
 
  1. •A small booth (3m x 3m)
  2. •Pass for 1 delegate to the conference
  3. •Free standing leaflet ads in the conference bag
